8	oz	Buttermilk
1	c	Strawberries, OR
		Blueberries
		OR 2 peaches
1	sm	Capful vanilla
		Artificial sweetener to
		Equal 6 tsp sugar OR to
		Taste

Put all ingredients into a blender and mix.

This is a rich malted.

Can be used as ice cream by soft freezing and reblending.

Equals 2 fruits and 1/2 daily milk.
